SPEECH TEAM: 
Any students interested in joining the speech team with Cedar Mt. students, please see Mrs. Hutchison.  Practice starts this week, first tournament is February 10, subsections is April 6.  Practices are weekly, there is no cost.  


College Rep - JUNIORS & SENIORS interested in visiting with the representative from MN West Community & Technical College need to sign up by 3:00, Tuesday, January 23, with Mrs. Tews.  Representative will be here Wednesday, January 24, at 10:30 a.m., in the conference room.


TRACK & FIELD TEAM will be running concessions in Springfield Tuesday, January 23.

NHS Supper available January 23, during the Cedar Mt./Comfrey vs. Springfield double header in Morgan.  They will have Taco in a Bag and Pizza starting at 5:00.

America's Farmers Grow Ag Leaders, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund, is offering more than $500,000 in scholarships to students in rural communities who are looking to continue their education in an ag related field of study and become the next generation of ag leaders.  Applying is easy:

Brown County Rural Electrical Association (REA) is please to announce a new scholarship opportunity.  Five (5) $200 scholarships will be awarded to students whose parents/guardians are members and live in Brown County REA's service area.  More information and the application is available on the REA website at http://www.browncountyrea.coop. ;
