2020-2021 Testing Schedule

Subject and Grade Level

MCA/MTAS

Minnesota’s statewide tests are objective, standardized measures of student achievement on academic or proficiency standards. Students, families, teachers and administrators use statewide test results as part of a comprehensive system for evaluating learning. The standards-based accountability assessments are aligned to the Minnesota Academic Standards and the primary purpose of the assessments is to measure achievement on these standards.

NWEA (MAP)

MAP is a norm-referenced measure of student growth over time. MAP assessments, joined with other data points, provide detailed, actionable data about where each child is on his or her unique learning path.
